The Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, dynamic individual for the role of Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be expected to manage and develop your territory, utilising the expertise and support available to you. Your primary objective is to deliver sales through a strategic approach to your customers and to increase your customer base by targeting key prospect opportunities.

The Region

The South of England

Your main responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager will be:

  • Deliver on quarterly sales targets and KPI’s set out by the business
  • Establish BLE as the supplier of choice within your customer base, through the development of sustainable relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify and engage with prospective partners to deliver new business targets for growth
  • Upsell BLE’s broad portfolio of complimentary products throughout the customer base.
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns across all sectors within BLE’s substantial product portfolio
  • Employ BLE’s vast range of systems and data to create a focused strategy towards BLE’s ideal customer profile
  • Manage and provide regular accurate reporting on your sales pipeline activity and sales forecasting to the sales director
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to execute all sales opportunities
  • Ensure that all tasks and sales activities set out by the business are completed in a professional and appropriate manner

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong sales and account management experience, at least 3 years
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in selling power and emergency lighting products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • IT literacy and understanding of CRM
  • Clean UK Driving license
