fundraising: Here at BLE we strongly believe in being charitable and in 2019 our chosen ‘Charity of the Year’ was Cancer Research.
Cancer is a topic that can have a big impact on all of our lives, whether we are affected directly or indirectly by it. With statistics now stating that 1 in 2 people born after 1960 will suffer from it at some stage of their life, research into treatment and a cure is vital and this is why we chose Cancer Research as our company Charity of the Year.
To date we are extremely proud to have raised over £1000 through staff donation, charity events, bake sales, our on site tuck shop and more.

Alongside this, we also support five other chosen charities, including the Guide Dogs Association and the Stroke Association, by donating £250 a month split between them.
