Be aware that all items returned to BLE Lighting & Power are done so at your own cost and only once a return authorisation has been sent.
If advanced replacements are needed, these require a purchase order to be placed, including any additional carriage that may be incurred under our standard terms of business.
If you’re retuning items that are no longer required or were ordered in error, a handling charge of 25% will be applied.
Exclusions: Special purchase or build items are excluded at the discretion of BLE. Products in an unsaleable condition, due to mishandling or damages to packaging, may also be excluded.
Please ensure the returns form is completed in full, including photographs where relevant.
Failure to provide the information required may cause a delay in processing you request.
Once a returns note has been issued by BLE Lighting & Power, arrangements for the returns of goods can be made.
Following the inspection of the returned goods received, if it is deemed the fault is not due to a manufacturing or supply issue, a credit may be rejected.
Receipt of Goods
On receipt of any returned items, BLE Lighting & Power will inspect and/or test the items. If a fault is found BLE Lighting & Power will either repair or replace the item. In the event of an advanced replacement having already been placed, a credit will be issued. If no fault is found, the items shall be returned to the customer including any additional delivery expenditure.
